The Rivening House is one of a new series of tiny houses, or Small Structures I've been exploring. Though each small structure begins from a similar starting point, they are each uniquely inspired, one of a kind works.

The Rivening House’s dreamlike, unsettling design is an architectural echo of my piece "Rivening." Part of the "Whale in the Room" series, it used the orca's form to navigate the unsettling space between separation and disappearance.

The roof is removable and theres just enough room inside to place a small light or a couple air plants.
