Ceramic Falcon Tile

These Falcon tiles are BRAND NEW! They are a bit different from tile to tile and will remain that way for a while until I settle on a particular color scheme. Right now my favorite is rust with black highlights, a little copper green in the chest and the dusty yellow around the eyes and on the beak. If you like what you see, dive in early and get one of these early tests while they last!

These ceramic tiles (approx 5. 1/4”x5 1/4”) are fired to cone 6 (stoneware) and are glazed with a sepia oxide wash and a very light coat of clear matte glaze. I press mold, detail, and glaze these by hand. These tiles work equally well hung on a wall by nail or hook or set by glue and grout into a backsplash!
