Ceramic, metallic coating (gypsum, polymer, metal dust). Comes with steel base which brings this piece to an actual height of 29”.

This guy was inspired by NW River Otters and named after my father, Bill. Just as my Dad was, I perceive River Otters to be tough, resilient, and playful creatures.

This is a unique, hand-built one of a kind piece (no mold).
